61B-78.001

Association Fee; Mailing Address; Retrofitting

PURPOSE:

Rule 61B-78.001, FAC, requires amendment to conform the rule to statutory language by removing language referring to “other life safety systems” and deleting certain association voting requirements contained in the rule.

SUBJECT:

This rule amendment addresses waiver of retrofitting requirements in cooperatives.
