Procedures on Juvenile Diversion Expunctions

PURPOSE:

Substantive changes to s. 943.0582, F.S., necessitate changes to the Juvenile Diversion Expunction Application form.  The new language extends the application deadline to one (1) year and clarifies that a minor is only eligible for relief if he or she was arrested for a non-violent misdemeanor.
