PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal Rules 6A-10.090 through 6A-10.0991. The effect is to remove rules from the Florida Administrative Code that are no longer supported by statutory authority.

Rules 6A-10.090 through 6A-10.0991 are no longer supported by statutory authority and are proposed for repeal.
