	The DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Community Health Promotion announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 28, 2014, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m

PLACE:	Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	Diabetes Advisory Council quarterly business meeting. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting M.R. Street (contact information above).
