RULE:

40C-8.031

Minimum Surface Water Levels and Flows and Groundwater Levels

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to add a reference to the equivalent North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD) elevation for the minimum surface water levels listed in 40C-8.031(4) and (5) to reference those water levels in both the existing National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (NGVD) elevation and in the new NAVD elevation.

SUMMARY:

Adding a reference to the equivalent NAVD elevation for the minimum surface water levels in 40C-8.031(4) and (5).
