RULE:

64B7-24.018

Voluntary Relinquishment of License (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the promulgation of a new rule to clarify the circumstances when a license may be administratively relinquished.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule is a result of the need for a uniform rule across all professions that delineates when a voluntary relinquishment may be acted upon by board staff and when it requires Board approval.
