64B7-24.020

PURPOSE:

The board proposes the promulgation of a new rule to address the recent statutory addition set forth in Section 286.0114, F.S., with regard to public participation in public meetings.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule sets forth the procedures for those members of the public who desire to speak at the Board's public meetings.
