	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	02/12/2014 at 2:00 PM EST

Subject:	In accordance with the timeframe set forth in section 120.525, Florida Statutes, Pre-bid Conference and Vendor Sourcing Training is hereby noticed within the timeline for the Invitation To Bid (ITB) (Number: 19-252-035-M) for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Software. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
