RULE:

64B21-501.006	Reactivation Fee (Repealed)
64B21-501.010	Continuing Education Provider Fee (Repealed)
64B21-501.011	Delinquency Fee (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking changes the reactivation fee to $50 to be consistent with psychology, lowering the continuing education provider fee, corrects rule authority and law implemented citations, reduces delinquency fee and removes unnecessary language.
