Overview



	The Department of Health announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, March 25, @ 2014 9:00 AM the group will begin at the WIC Coral Springs location and proceed to all the other location as listed on the timeline for the date stated above. All future meeting dates and times related to this solicitation will be posted on the Vendor Bid System (VBS) prior to the meetings.

Subject:	Mandatory site visits for DOH13-029: Security Surveillance System and Installation. Any person requiring a special accommodation because of a disability at this public meeting should contact the FDOH Purchasing Office at 850-245-4199 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Department with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he or she will need a recording of the proceedings, and for such purpose he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which to include testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
