RULE:

68E-1.004

General Permit Application Procedures, Requirements and Expiration

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule making action is to allow permit applications to be submitted electronically. The effect of the action would be to allow applications to be submitted through the Commission’s online permitting portal or in writing.

SUMMARY:

Subsection (1) of the rule would be amended to add language allowing permit applications to be submitted through the Commission’s online permitting portal (while continuing to allow submittal of printed applications by mail or physical delivery). An updated application form also would be incorporated by reference.
