Fur and Hide Dealers: Operations, Reporting Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development effort is to incorporate provisions of Section 379.364, F.S., regarding the reporting, record keeping and shipping requirements of alligator hides and skins of fur-bearing animals.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rule include incorporating current provisions of Section 379.364, F.S., regarding the reporting, record keeping and shipping requirements of alligator hides and skins of fur-bearing animals.
