RULE:

40C-8.021

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to add a definition for “NAVD” (North American Vertical Datum of 1988).

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule would define “NAVD”, which term is used in rule 40C-8.031, F.A.C.
 Members of the District’s Governing Board may attend the scheduled Rule Development Workshop.
