Alternative Reporting Compliance by Accredited Employee Leasing Companies.

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule promulgation to provide an alternative reporting compliance mechanism that could be used by accredited employee leasing companies.

SUMMARY:

The creation of the rule will provide an alternative reporting compliance mechanism that could be used by accredited employee leasing companies.
