25-4.002	Application and Scope (Repealed)
25-4.003	Definitions

PURPOSE:

Rule 25-4.002 would be repealed as obsolete and unnecessary.  Rule 25-4.003 would be amended in order to delete obsolete language and to add and update certain definitions consistent with statutory changes.
