RULE:

61-34.002	Definitions (Repealed)
61-34.003	Procedure for Mediation (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal rules 61-34.002 and 61-34.003, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking repeals rules 61-34.002 and 61-34.003, F.A.C., which removes the definitions related to the Division’s mediation process and the Division’s procedures for mediation. The Department has determined that these rules are unnecessary or are duplicative of current Florida law.
