59G-13.031	Aged and Disabled Adult Waiver Services Procedure Codes and Fee Schedule (Repealed)
59G-13.032	Aged and Disabled Adult Waiver Disposable Incontinence Medical Supplies Fee Schedule and Minimum (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

These rules will be repealed.

SUMMARY:

The Aged and Disabled Adult Waiver was terminated effective March 31, 2014. As such, this handbook is no longer needed.
