Application and Licensure Fees

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to incorporate a licensure fee in the amount of $429 for active duty military and veterans practicing in areas of critical need.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment implements a licensure fee in the amount of $429, and allows this fee to be waived if the applicant is not compensated for his or her services.
