Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant by Examination (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposed this rule amendment to update DOH Form DH-MQA-1142 to the August 2013 revision, update the Board’s website address, and revise the rule language to conform to additional accrediting criteria established by Chapter 2013-093, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:
