	The St. Johns River Water Management District, GOVERNING BOARD AND COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

PLACE:	District Headquarters, 4049 Reid St. (Hwy. 100 West), Palatka, Florida 32177.

Subject:	Discussion and consideration of District business including regulatory and non-regulatory matters. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, April 11, 2006, 8:45 a.m. PLACE: District Headquarters, 4049 Reid St. (Hwy. 100 West), Palatka, Florida 32177 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Discussion and consideration of Finance and Administration Committee agenda items followed by committee recommendations to be approved by the full Governing Board. Staff may recommend approval of external budget amendments which affect the adopted budget. REGULATORY COMMITTEE DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, April 11, 2006, 10:00 a.m. PLACE: District Headquarters, 4049 Reid St. (Hwy. 100 West), Palatka, Florida 32177 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Discussion and consideration of Regulatory agenda items followed by committee recommendations to be approved by the full Governing Board. GOVERNING BOARD MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING ON LAND ACQUISITION DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, April 11, 2006, 1:00 p.m.**This meeting may continue on the next consecutive day (Wednesday) at 8:00 a.m. if necessary, to finish regulatory and administrative agendas. PLACE: District Headquarters, 4049 Reid St. (Hwy. 100 West), Palatka, Florida 32177 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Discussion and consideration of District business including regulatory and non-regulatory matters. One or more Governing Board members may attend and participate in the meetings and hearings by means of communications media technology.
