68-1.001

Adoption of Uniform Rules of Procedure; Subject Matter Index; Official Reporter

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this proposed rule is to both reduce agency cost and increase public access to agency orders. The effect of this proposed rule is to change FWC’s official reporter from the Florida Administrative Law Reports (FALR) to the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH).

SUBJECT:

Changing the official reporter of FWC from FALR to DOAH.
