	The Gulf Consortium announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	It is anticipated that two or more members of the Consortium Board of Directors may attend the Gulf Coast State Counties and Parishes Caucus to be held at the National Association of Counties (NACo) Annual Conference and Exposition, Room 205, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Boulevard, New Orleans, Louisiana. The members of the Caucus will discuss the formation of the Caucus within NACo and may discuss matters that may later come before the Gulf Consortium Board of Directors.
