RULE:

65E-14.022

Data Requirements (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal Rule 65E-14.022, F.A.C.  The effect is to remove an incorporated document, the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Measurement and Data Pamphlet (CFP 155-2).

SUMMARY:

As a result of amendments to the remaining rules in this Chapter, the incorporated document, the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Measurement and Data Pamphlet (CFP 155-2), is no longer needed as a regulatory requirement.
