73B-11.015

Continued Claims for Benefits

PURPOSE:

This Rule will remove the requirement that Claimants must complete the Initial Skills Review within a given timeframe.

SUMMARY:

This Rule addresses the requirement that a claimant complete the Initial Skills Review as required by section 443.091(1)(c), Florida Statutes.
