Application, Certification, Registration, and Licensure Fees

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to incorporate a licensure fee in the amount of $424 for active duty military and veterans practicing in areas of critical need.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment implements a licensure fee in the amount of $424, and allows this fee to be waived if the applicant is not compensated for his or her services. The rule amendment also deletes duplicative language in subsection (2) of the rule.
