RULE:

5J-8.002	Definitions (Repealed)
5J-8.003	Registration (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal all of the rules in Chapter 5J-8, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The Department is repealing these rules because they are unnecessary and the Department lacks statutory authority to maintain them.  The Dance Studio Act was repealed by the Florida Legislature in Chapter 2014-147, Laws of Florida.
