PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal all of the rules in Chapter 5F-14, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The Department is repealing these rules because they are unnecessary and the Department lacks statutory authority to maintain them.  The Farm to Fuel Grants Program expired and was repealed by the Florida Legislature in Chapter 2009-20, Laws of Florida.
