5O-1.004

Solar Energy Systems Incentives Program (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The department is initiating rulemaking to repeal Rule 5O-1.004, F.A.C., in order to comply with HB 7147 that was passed by the 2014 Legislature which repealed s. 377.806, F.S., relating to the Solar Energy System Incentives Program.

SUMMARY:

The subjects to be addressed in this rule include the repeal of the requirements governing the application process, review and administration of the Solar Energy Systems Incentives.
