2014 Fan-Tastic College Football Promotion (Replaced by 53ER16-8)

SUMMARY:

The Department of the Lottery will conduct the 2014 Fan-Tastic College Football Promotion between August 27, 2014, and December 2, 2014, in which special college football prizes will be awarded.
