64E-20.001	Definitions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking eliminates redundant or unnecessary language and updates standard and address information.

SUMMARY:

Rule 64E-20.001 contains two definitions which are either redundant or unnecessary. Rule 64E-20.002 adopts the Grade “E” air quality verification levels cited in the Commodity Specification for Air published in 2011 by the Compressed Air Association and requires the submission of test results to the Department. Rule 64E-20.003 addresses non-compliance and is unnecessary.
