	The Agency for Health Care Administration announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 25, 2014 at 10 a.m

Subject:	This meeting will be a teleconference (conference call) to which all interested parties are invited. The purpose of this call/meeting is to provide interested parties input on the Agency’s Inpatient and Ambulatory Data collection programs. It is expected that participants in the teleconference will discuss the regulations governing patient data collection in Florida and help develop recommendations to improve the quality of the process and the resulting data.
