Dispensing Practitioner Registration

PURPOSE:

To provide additional information to licensees who register as Dispensing Practitioners regarding statutory and legal obligations associated with dispensing prescription medications for a fee.

SUMMARY:

Provide additional information regarding statutory and legal obligations with which all dispensing practitioners must comply.
