59G-6.080

Payment Methodology for Federally Qualified Health Center and Rural Health Center Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-6.080 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Title XIX Federally Qualified Health Center and Rural Health Center Reimbursement Plan, Version V, effective July 1, 2014. The amendment will reorganize the Plan for federally qualified health center and rural health center services, clarify existing language, and remove obsolete language.

SUBJECT:

Payment Methodology for Federally Qualified Health Center and Rural Health Center Services.
An additional area to be addressed during the workshop will be the potential regulatory impact the amendment to Rule 59G-6.080 will have as provided for under sections 120.54 and 120.541, F.S.
