PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete the use of the CPA designation for faculty members acting in their professional capacity as an exception to the definition of advertising.

SUMMARY:

The use of the CPA designation for faculty members acting in their professional capacity as an exception to the definition of advertising will be deleted from the rule.
