PURPOSE:

The District is proposing to correct its environmental resource permitting rules and adopt updated rules of the Department of Environmental Protection.

SUBJECT:

Clarify incorporation language in the rule and in the incorporated Applicant's Handbook, and adopt updated rules of DEP regarding state water quality standards.
