	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 24, 2014, 10:00 a.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Management Services will conduct a public, non-mandatory pre-bid conference for Invitation to Bid (ITB) No.: DMS-14/15-017, entitled “Sign Fabrication and Installation Services.” The purpose of this pre-bid conference is to answer any questions or concerns vendors may have regarding the services sought by the Department or ITB. This meeting may be attended telephonically by calling (888) 808-6959. At the prompt, enter participant passcode 1864478772#. This meeting is subject to cancellation.
