The purpose of the proposed amendment to Rule 12B-8.0016, F.A.C. (Department of Revenue Electronic Database), is to provide reference to the updates to instructions for the Department’s Address/Jurisdiction Database used for assigning premiums and policies to local tax jurisdictions.
