12A-19.071

Department of Revenue Electronic Database

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12A-19.071, F.A.C. (Department of Revenue Electronic Database), are to adopt, by reference, updates to instructions for the Department’s Address/Jurisdiction Database used for assigning local communications services tax, and to update the internet site address for the Address/Jurisdiction Database.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments to Rule 12A-19.071, F.A.C. (Department of Revenue Electronic Database), update the instructions for the Department’s Address/Jurisdiction Database used for assigning local communications services tax, and update the internet site address for the Address/Jurisdiction Database.
