Overview



	The FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, DISTRICT SEVEN announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, November 6, 2014, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Strawberry Ridge Clubhouse, 3419 State Road 60 E, Valrico, FL 33594

Subject:	Your involvement is important to FDOT and to the success of this study. We invite you to share your ideas and comments about the proposed improvements at our upcoming public hearing from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at the Strawberry Ridge Clubhouse, 3419 State Road 60 E, Valrico, FL 33594. FDOT representatives will be available beginning at 5:00 p.m. to answer questions and discuss the project informally. Exhibits and other project related materials will be displayed, and a PowerPoint presentation will run continuously during the open house. A court reporter will be available to receive comments in a one-on-one setting. At 6:00 p.m., FDOT representatives will begin the formal portion of the hearing, which will provide an opportunity to make formal oral public comments. Following the formal portion of the hearing, the informal open house will resume and continue until 7:00 p.m. You can attend anytime during the hearing to review project information and talk one-on-one with study team members. FDOT welcomes and appreciates everyone’s participation in the study.
