Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, November 13, 2014 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. CDT

PLACE:	First Assembly of God Gymnasium, 6163 Dogwood Drive, Milton, Florida.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a public hearing concerning the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study to State Road (S.R.) 87 South at S.R. 10 (U.S. 90) to S.R. 87 North in Santa Rosa County. The hearing will be held Thursday, November 13, 2014 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. CST, at the First Assembly of God Gymnasium, 6163 Dogwood Drive, Milton. There will be an open house from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a formal presentation at 6 p.m. This hearing is being held to provide the public with the analysis findings and to gather public input on the two remaining alternatives. The alternative that will move forward into design will be selected based on the analysis and public comments received. Persons wishing to submit written statements or other exhibits, in place of, or in addition to, oral statements, may do so at the hearing or by sending them to Peggy Kelley, FDOT Project Manager, 1074 Highway 90, Chipley, FL 32428. All exhibits or statements postmarked on or before the 23rd of November will become part of the public hearing record. Representatives from FDOT will also be available at the hearing to answer questions and receive comments. The draft environmental and engineering documents developed for the departments will be available for public review weekdays from October 23 to November 13, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Santa Rosa County Engineering Department, 6051 Old Bagdad Highway, Suite 300, Milton and the FDOT Milton Operations Office, 6052 Old Bagdad Highway, Milton.
