Certification Procedure

PURPOSE:

The Agency is proposing to amend the rules governing organ, eye and tissue procurement organization certification procedures to update forms incorporated by reference and remove duplicative language found in Chapter 408, F.S. and Rule 59A-35, F.A.C. to conform to current statutory provisions.
