RULE:

64B-9.004	License Fee Waiver for Veterans and Spouses
64B-9.005	Active Duty Military, Spouse of Active Duty Military or Veteran Licensure

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking implements changes to sections 456.013(13) and 456.024, F.S., to adopt a form for veterans and their spouses to seek a fee waiver and to adopt an application to be used by health care professions for the licensure of qualified veterans.

SUMMARY:

Rule 64B-9.004 provides a process and form for military spouses and military veterans seeking a fee waiver. Rule 64B-9.005 provides a process and form for health care practitioners seeking licensure through the option created for active duty military and veterans by section 456.024(3), F.S.
