Overview



	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 21, 2014, 9:00 a.m. - noon, Eastern Time

PLACE:	4075 Esplanade Way, Room 152 Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	The Department of Management Services’ Division of People First invites prospective vendors to attend a vendor forum scheduled for Nov. 21, 2014, from 9 a.m. – noon, at 4075 Esplanade Way, Room 152, in Tallahassee, Fla. The forum will provide a demonstration of the current Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) software and services for the system known as People First and will provide participants an opportunity to further understand both the workings of the current system and the upcoming procurement for the next generation of the People First system. Prospective vendors will be afforded the opportunity to ask questions during the forum. The department will respond to those questions in writing and email the answers to the participants. Interested participants must attend the vendor forum in person, as a conference call option will not be available.
