RULE:

69I-31.108	Payroll Preparation Manual (Repealed)
69I-31.807	Intervention by Chief Financial Officer (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 69I-31.108, F.A.C., is being repealed because the manual adopted is exempted from rulemaking by section 120.52(16)(c)2., F.S.
Rule 69I-31.807, F.A.C., is being repealed because Rule 1.230 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure makes the rule unnecessary.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69I-31.108, F.A.C., adopts a payroll preparation manual for Florida employees.
Rule 69I-31.807, F.A.C., states that the Florida Chief Financial Officer may intervene in garnishment proceeding.  These rules are determined as unnecessary and are being repealed.
