Records Retention Scheduling and Disposition

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate by reference general retention schedules.

SUMMARY:

The Division of Library and Information Services in the Florida Department of State establishes general retention schedules, which are used by public entities to determine the disposition and destruction of public records. This amendment will incorporate by reference the retention schedules.
