	The Mid-Florida Area Agency on Aging, Inc. (d/b/a Elder Options) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 22, 2014, 3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Elder Options, 100 SW 75th Street, Suite 301, Gainesville, FL 32607

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing is to inform participants of an Older Americans Act service that Elder Options is proposing to provide directly through its Area Plan on Aging Update for 2015 (2013-2015 cycle). The service is the Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program (aka Tai Chi for Arthritis). Participants will have the opportunity to make public comments.
