	The Department of Management, Division of State Purchasing announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	In accordance with the timeframe set forth in section 120.525, Florida Statutes. Pre-reply Conference and Vendor Sourcing Training is hereby noticed within the timeline for the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN)(Number: 07-43230000-L) for Licensing Solutions Provider of Microsoft Software and Services. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Register(FAR).
