PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is the repeal of Rules 35-1.001, 35-1.002, 35-1.003, 35-1.004, 35-1.005, 35-1.006, 35-1.007, and 35-1.008, in Rule Chapter 35-1, F.A.C., because the agency is no longer subject to the Florida Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 120, F.S.

SUMMARY:

This rule repeal is part of the agency’s comprehensive review of existing rules that focused on eliminating those rules that are determined to be unnecessary.
