RULE:

35-2.001

Adoption of Agency Strategic Plan (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is the repeal of Rule 35-2.001 in Rule Chapter 35-2, F.A.C., because the agency is no longer subject to the Florida Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 120, F.S.

SUMMARY:

This rule repeal is part of the agency’s comprehensive review of existing rules that focused on eliminating those rules that are determined to be unnecessary.
