PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to update and incorporate department forms and to provide temporary licensure guidelines for individual solicitors to implement statutory changes in Ch. 2014-22, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT:

Incorporated department forms required to comply with the Solicitation of Contributions Act and individual solicitor’s interim operating authority.
